This 30 unit building has on-site management, its own private beach, with its own lounge chairs, swimming pool and in unit laundry facilities.

Johns Pass shopping area is about a 10 minute walk from this property. You will need to take a taxi or Uber from the airport but do not need a car to get around from the property. There is a cable car that can take you to surrounding beaches and villages near Madeira Beach.

We have owned this fabulous beachfront home since 1985 and am an expert in the John's Pass recreational and dining area as well as the amenities of the Madeira Beach Community.
