Our neighborhood is incredibly family-friendly, green, and quiet. Surrounded by nature, parks, playgrounds, sports facilities, and lakes, this location has everything you need. For sports enthusiasts, we have football and basketball courts, as well as a skate rink that transforms into a winter wonderland during the colder months. There's also a small forest and parks where kids can explore and play. Additionally, there's a beautiful lake with a small beach and café, perfect for leisurely picnics and relaxation. By the lake, there's also a swimming pool with a sauna (Solna Simhall). We're just 600 m from the metro station (Huvudsta), which offers a quick 9-minute ride to the central station and its tourist attractions in the city center. There's a small shopping center (Huvudsta Centrum) at the metro station, featuring a grocery store, pharmacy, doctor/dentist, café, restaurant, gym, and more. A bit further away, at 1.3 km, there's another shopping center (Solna Centrum) with more shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The Mall of Scandinavia is only 2.3 km from our place.
