General Overview
We love our home for its unbeatable location—tucked into nature yet incredibly connected. We're just steps from trails, parks, and beaches, which makes outdoor adventures easy and spontaneous. At the same time, we're close to public transit, so getting downtown or exploring the rest of the city is simple and stress-free. It's the perfect balance of peaceful, family-friendly living and urban convenience.
The Space
Our home is a comfortable and family-friendly three-bedroom space. The primary bedroom is spacious, with a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom. One of the children's rooms has a double bed, and the other has bunk beds—perfect for little ones.
The main floor features a kitchen, a cozy living room, and a powder room, with direct access to a private outdoor patio and BBQ—great for relaxing or dining outside.
Laundry is located downstairs for added convenience. The layout is ideal for families, with plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring the trails, beaches, or city sights.
Guest Access
Our home is spread across three floors. Please note that there are stairs inside the home, as well as a set of stairs leading up to the front door, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility concerns.

We're a family of five living in beautiful North Vancouver, drawn here by our love of the outdoors. With three young girls (ages 5, 3, and 6 months), we spend as much time as we can exploring trails, beaches, and parks. Travel is a big part of our lives, and we're excited to share our home while discovering new places as a family.
People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
