Our home is a charming, character-filled apartment located at the beginning of Joaquín Costa street — one of the most vibrant and authentic corners of central Barcelona. Nestled between the Gothic Quarter and Raval, this is a creative, multicultural, and historic area with a strong local feel. The flat has artistic touches, antique furniture, colorful tiled floors, and wooden beam ceilings — a truly unique Barcelona experience.

The Space

The apartment includes a spacious living and dining area with high ceilings and natural light, a cozy bedroom, a vintage-style bathroom, bedroom with a standalone bathtub, and a fully equipped open kitchen. The floor is covered with hand-made artisanal tiles, and the furniture is a mix of antique pieces and bohemian charm. It’s a warm, soulful place filled with books, art, and texture.

Guest Access

We are on the 4 floor (European-style, meaning one flight up) of a typical Barcelona building — no elevator, but easy stairs. You’ll have access to everything: high-speed Wi-Fi, washing machine, kitchen, bathroom, and all living areas. The apartment is perfect for couples, solo travelers, or creatives.

We keep the space tidy and peaceful. No pets, no smoking indoors. Great for anyone who wants a local, lived-in Barcelona experience — not a sterile rental.

Neighbourhood

Joaquín Costa is located in El Raval, right on the edge of the Gothic Quarter. You’ll find local bakeries, bars, galleries, hidden squares, vintage stores, and some of the best cafés and restaurants in the city. The famous MACBA museum is just around the corner, and everything is walkable: La Rambla, Plaça Catalunya, and even the beach (20 minutes).

Getting to my home

From El Prat Airport, you can take a taxi (25 mins) or Aerobus to Plaça Universitat (then walk 6 mins). The nearest metro stops are Universitat (L1, L2) and Sant Antoni (L2). Our street is lively but the apartment itself is quiet and calm inside.
