Hospitality Description: We have a mixture of options. If there's a smaller group, we'd be happy to host you and have a separate guest area that has a lounge/bedroom/ensuite bathroom - so whilst not fully self contained there is a separate access which means you could use this as a hotel space and won't be disturbed by us... unless you're wanting to connect. If it's a simultaneous exchange we would welcome groups of 6 adults children, and have portacots available for any additional little guests.

Neighbourhood is quiet ... and whilst there are neighbours, there's primarily a rural feel and the house isn't overlooked at all.... apart from by the neighbouring sheep! 5mins drive to supermarkets, shops, cafes, pharmacy , GP etc... and a 20 min drive to a larger shopping area/town.

Auckland Airport is around 45mins away

Getting Around

Car could be made available if needed for a full exchange . Public transport is limited although there are regular buses from a stop around 10mins walk away. Buses lead to a station 25mins bus ride away where trains can be accessed to the CBD or Hamilton
