Our place is quiet, has an up-to-date kitchen and bathrooms, is clean, has wood floors, has 1.5 bathrooms, two bedrooms, front and back entrances, high-security doors, lovely patio and stoops, high-end induction stove, granite countertop in kitchen, ample storage. Our place is in the middle of a charming, historic, romantic neighborhood. We are a short walk from the main public library and the main town square.

Dom and Maggie love traveling in Europe (mostly Italia) and we are currently striving to obtain dual US/Italian citizenship. We are thinking about going back and forth between Italy/Europe and the US for 3-month or 6-month periods. We are healthy, well-informed, have traveled in Europe extensively, are bicycle commuters, and love meeting new friends. Our condo in Greenville South Carolina is in the middle of Greenville's charming, historic, Victorian Hampton-Pinckney neighborhood. Easy walk or bicycle to the town center, a highly popular paved recreational trail, and a wonderful city park. We and our condo are low-maintenance.
