The flat has (as described by people who stayed there before) a very calming & special energy. She's very spacious and flooded with light throughout the whole day (4th floor). 
Additionally she has 4m high ceilings, a little cute roof to sit on and is located in one of the best areas in Berlin.

Hi friendooos, 
Here's my sunny 85qqm apartment in Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg. 
It comes with 2 big rooms (1 bedroom, 1 living room), a spacious and arty kitchen, 
and a bathroom. I got a lot of storage space and the appartment's highlight is 
a little roof that one can enter through the bedroom. 

I live alone :) It's the perfect couple apartment tho :)
