General Overview
A large villa located just outside Jerusalem in a moshav called Aminadav.
The Space
The house has 4 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. All single beds have an additional foldout bed each. The 4th bedroom upstairs is basically a large playroom with a big screen TV, an x-box console with Netflix and satellite TV with over a 100 channels. The upstairs 4th bedroom has a sleeping cot and sofa and toilet and shower. The bedroom with the double bed also has a TV with satellite. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioning. There are 2 large balconies upstairs with great views and cool air. The living room is equipped with a large screen TV, a dvd-blu ray player, Air conditioner. The kitchen is fully equipped with digital oven, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and a double sized sink and air conditioning. There is a 3rd balcony leading from the living room. The washing machine is located on that balcony. There is wi-fi throughout the house with 100 MB connection. There are 3 toilets, 1 bath and shower and an additional shower.

Neighbourhood
The house is located in the heart of a village outside of Jerusalem with plenty of nature trails and springs in the area. Driving to all of the holy sites in the area is very easy. The old city of Jerusalem, churches and places of worship for all faiths. 45 minute drive to Tel-Aviv and the ocean. 30 minute drive to the airport.
Getting Around
The jerusalem tram line is accessible by bus from the house. The tram line is near all of the main locations like Yad Vashem, mount Herzl, the main market, city center, the old city. We have a 7-seater minivan which can be utilized (the insurance is for drivers 40 years of age and up).
