General Overview
We love the peaceful pond view that fills the home with light and calm — it’s truly the heart of the space. Our home is newly built and designed with comfort, function, and style in mind. We’ve thoughtfully equipped it with high-end appliances, a dream coffee station, and cozy spaces for both relaxing and working. It’s the perfect balance of luxury and warmth, and we feel grateful to call it home.
The Space
Our spacious 3-bedroom home includes two inviting living rooms, a separate office with an electric standing desk and a Herman Miller chair, and a large terrace overlooking the scenic pond. The main floor has an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with a 65” OLED TV. Upstairs you'll find a king bedroom with stunning views, a queen bedroom, a kids’ room with toys/books, and two full bathrooms. There’s also a guest toilet on the main floor.
Guest Access
The home has two floors. All three bedrooms and two full bathrooms are upstairs. The main floor includes a guest toilet and an open-concept work area with an electric standing desk and Herman Miller chair. Guests have full private access to the entire house, including the large terrace, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, garage, and both living rooms. There’s also a backyard space (still unfinished), with direct access to the scenic pond and walking path. Parking is available in the garage or on the driveway.
Notes
This is our primary residence, so we only exchange when we travel. Everything is kept clean and well-maintained. Please treat our home with care. No pets or smoking allowed. There are toys and books available for young children. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook — including a spice drawer, Ninja Grill, KitchenAid mixer, and Breville Barista Impress coffee machine.

Neighbourhood
We live in Rangeview, a new and quiet family-oriented neighbourhood in southeast Calgary. The area is peaceful and surrounded by walking paths, playgrounds, and open green spaces. We’re just a few minutes away from Seton, where you’ll find everything you need — grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. We're also very close to the South Health Campus Hospital and Brookfield YMCA — the largest YMCA in North America, with pools, a library, and fitness facilities. It’s a perfect base for both relaxing and exploring Calgary.
Getting to my home
From Calgary International Airport (YYC), the drive is about 35–40 minutes by car or Uber. You can also rent a car at the airport. Public transport is available but takes longer (around 90 minutes). We recommend driving if possible for ease of access to Banff, Kananaskis, and around Calgary.

Getting Around
Shops, grocery stores, and restaurants are just a 5-minute drive away in Seton. The home is very close to South Health Campus Hospital and the Brookfield YMCA — perfect for fitness, swimming, or family activities. There are local bus stops within walking distance, but for convenience, we recommend having a car, especially for exploring Banff, Kananaskis, or other areas of Calgary. Bike paths and walking trails are easily accessible from the neighbourhood.
