Single storey house on 1300m2 of land. Superb sunset!
10 minutes from Sarlat by car!
Our house is ideal for discovering the South West of France and more precisely the Dordogne and its 4 Périgords:
- Périgord Noir (where we are) for its truffle oaks
- Périgord Blanc for its white rock
- Périgord Vert for its forests
- Purple Périgord for its vineyards
The Space
Cosy house of 120 m2 with large living room equipped with a wood stove, fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
A terrace to enjoy the sunset, a swimming pool with solar slats to be able to swim from the first rays of spring (water: 22°C in the spring following the sunshine).
2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 child's bedroom with a single bed but possibility of adding 3 single beds (camp bed, inflatable mattress) and a baby bed for the little ones.
A music corner is available with a piano, a djembe and various percussions. Devialet Phantom speaker to listen to your best tracks!
A sunny veranda heated from the first rays of spring sunshine where you can have lunch.
Guest Access
The house is on one level, the swimming pool is secured by a shutter. The car is necessary to access the house. Possibilities to make our car available.
Notes
The neighbor's cat named Bibi comes daily for a few pets, and to take a little nap in the sun of the veranda. He is kind and very cuddly.
As we are looking for an exchange of at least 3 weeks in the spring, if you are traveling with children, there are possibilities to send them to school.

Cédric & Caroline
We are a family of 3. My partner Caroline is a caterer and I, Cédric, am a remote software developer and we are traveling with Roméo, our 10-year-old son. After our wonderful first exchange in Louisana, we are looking forward to our next adventure !
Currently, we are looking for another simultaneous exchange from 3 to 8 weeks in March/April 2027. We are opened to destinations but preferred English speaking cities.
And also, we make our house available during the last 2 weeks of August 2027, we are open to all destinations in Europe.
People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
