General Overview
Lovely Victorian terraced townhouse built in 1890 near the centre of Belfast renovated in 2023, close to the Titanic Quarter, lovely Ormeau Park & River Lagan. Calming interior with mid-century furniture & lots of space. Gorgeous base to visit both beautiful Northern Ireland (famous Giants Causeway & stunning North Coast with Bushmills whiskey distillery, Game of Thrones filming locations, Mourne Mountains, beaches, forests, Fermanagh lakes, Titanic museum & historic Harland & Wolff shipyard) and Republic of Ireland with Dublin, Derry & Donegal all being 2 hours away by car or train. Belfast is a UNESCO City Of Music, recognised for its rich musical heritage and arts offerings and there is always live music and performances somewhere in the city!
Belfast City Airport - 10 min drive
Belfast International Airport - 30 min drive
Dublin Airport - 2 hour drive
Bus stop directly outside house into centre of Belfast (7 min journey or 25 min walk)
We are particularly looking for a NYC exchange ideally in October or November 2025, also especially interested in other USA & Canada locations :)
*We have a little dog who won’t be present during your stay and we will of course ensure the space is cleaned professionally, but our home would not be suitable for someone with dog allergies.
The Space
3 double bedrooms sleeping 6 (main bedroom has a king size TV bed) + 1 single sofa bed in the living room totalling 7 guests. House includes kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and cute courtyard garden.
Guest Access
The house unfortunately isn’t suitable for wheelchair users as there are two sets of stairs. Ground floor has living room, dining room & kitchen, 1st floor has bathroom & two bedrooms, 2nd floor has 3rd bedroom and a study which will be locked with our belongings in it.
