There is a large bedroom plus smaller second room with open plan kitchen living room . It is a spacious boat being wider that most narrow boats ,Although it is near the centre of Edinburgh it has a pleasant mooring next to a bridge with green space nearby

I am a yoga teacher living in Scotland in the Borders. My husband is a microbiologist .We own a canal boat which is moored in the centre of Edinburgh In Leamington . We are close to shops ,cafes ,theatres ,cinemas .We spend time on our boat at weekends and holidays .
