Easy access from Highway 1.  Official address is 502 Pierce St, Monterey, CA, 93940; however the property has 2 addresses, and entry access is on Dutra street on backside of the property (put in 507 Dutra St, Monterey CA 93940 on GPS).  Enter property through gate in carport area using keycode (code given to individuals when arrangements made), and enter house via kitchen door.
