General Overview

Private peaceful and quaint English Cottage style home with lush gardens, surrounded by pine and cypress trees, within an easy walk to the famous Carmel Beach, and center of town, with plenty of shopping, dining and more. The house is also very close to access points to travel to Monterey, Big Sur, Pebble Beach, Santa Cruz and so much more.!

The Space

The house has one very large master bedroom with king size bed, washer dryer, walk in closet and bathroom with tub and shower; another bedroom has 2 single beds, each with power adjusting sleep preferences and bathroom across the hall; the third bedroom doubles as a music room, with a daybed which folds out to a queen size bed-this room has skylights above to look up at the starry night and pines. The house wraps around a small courtyard with lush gardens viewed from all rooms. There is a hot tub, which seats 4, and is great for enjoying the night sky in the cool of the evening. The house is within easy walking distance to the gorgeous Carmel beach with views of the cliffs of Pebble Beach, as well as shopping, dining, and art viewing in the world famous Carmel by the Sea. The house is in a peaceful tree filled neighborhood, situated off a main road connecting to the highway for easy access to the many other major attractions of the Monterey Peninsula.

Guest Access

There are 2 steps on the walkway up, and a long stone pathway to the main door. The home is on one level, however there is a 3-step up from the living/dining room to the kitchen and bedroom/bath on the right side of house.
