Neighbourhood

Our neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and residential. You’ll see lots of families, people walking their dogs, large single-family homes, and many big beautiful trees. If you want to take a walk or ride our bikes, you’ll reach restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, and a movie theater within about 20 mins walking/7 minutes on bikes. This area is reachable within 3 minutes by car. There is plenty of free, untimed street parking in the neighborhood.

Denver International Airport is about a 30-45 minute drive, depending on traffic.

Getting Around

You can walk or bike to businesses around the neighborhood within 7-20 minutes. If you want to go to other neighborhoods, there are bus stops very nearby, or you can use Lyft or Uber. For getting to the mountains, renting a car is likely easiest, especially if you want to see multiple places or do a few hikes.
