Typomania Home is an unusual ground-level apartment built between old Tbilisi houses. It's quietly located deep inside a Georgian courtyard, in the historical center — between Marjanishvili and Rustaveli metro stations, close to the river.
The layout is non-standard — there are no right angles, and the space has a lot of character. The apartment includes a bedroom, a kitchen area, a dining space, a bathroom with a toilet, and an additional separate toilet. There’s also a private yard with an old grapevine that provides shade in the summer.
The apartment is equipped with everything needed for daily life: hot water, heating, internet, fridge, stove, and a washing machine. There’s also a grill for outdoor cooking and a bicycle for riverside rides.
It’s a practical and creative space — a good match for designers or anyone who appreciates something a little different.
