Just minutes away from the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, Suria KLCC shopping mall, and beautiful KLCC Park, it’s perfectly positioned for those looking to explore the city with ease. The apartment is ideal for families or groups, offering a comfortable, stylish retreat after a day of sightseeing or work.

The Space

This is a fully furnished bedroom with a bathroom apartment with a bright and open living area, dining space, a fully equipped kitchen and a small open terrace. Large windows offer natural light and partial views of the KL skyline. The apartment includes a washer-dryer, air-conditioning throughout, and essential home comforts to make your stay relaxing and convenient.

Guest Access

The apartment is located on a middle floor in a secure residential tower with elevator access. Guests will also have access to the building’s facilities and entry is via a smart access card system.

Notes

This is our personal home, so please treat it with care. It’s not suitable for parties or events, and we kindly ask that guests respect quiet hours. The building has a mix of residents and guests, so a friendly and respectful attitude is appreciated.

Neighbourhood

The neighbourhood is vibrant and extremely convenient. You’ll find everything from high-end malls (Suria KLCC, Pavilion) to local eateries, cafes, pharmacies, and supermarkets within walking distance. KLCC Park is perfect for a morning walk or a jog, and there are plenty of cultural attractions and nightlife nearby.

Getting to my home

From Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), the easiest way is by KLIA Ekspres train to KL Sentral, followed by a short Grab (ride-hailing) or LRT ride to KLCC. If you’re driving, the building is accessible via Jalan Sultan Ismail or Jalan Ampang. If arriving by LRT, disembark at KLCC Station, which is a 7–10 minute walk to Skysuites.

Nearest airport

The nearest airport is Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), located approximately 60 km (about 45 minutes by car) from the apartment.

Getting Around

Getting around is easy with KLCC LRT station nearby and plenty of Grab cars available at any time. Many major attractions are walkable from the apartment, including the Petronas Towers, KL Tower, and Bukit Bintang shopping district. The area is very pedestrian-friendly and well-connected by public transport.
