General Overview

Our home was built in 2022 in an older, established neighborhood, close to hiking and biking trails. We are 3 mins from Hailey, ID and 20 mins from the amazing Sun Valley / Ketchum resort towns. Our neighborhood is safe and friendly with people and dogs moving around, but quiet. We have 3 bedrooms PLUS a huge rec room that serves as an office, TV room and possible guest room. We have 3 garages, one of which is dedicated to gym equipment including a Peloton. In the summer and fall months, we have a lovely patio and yard area, great for outdoor dining, yard games or relaxing in the sun.
