General Overview

The perfect Orange County location in N. Tustin. The neighborhood is less than 10 minutes to major freeways. Disneyland is 20 minutes away. OC’s most famous beaches are 30 min away . The house itself is in a quiet cul de sac near Trader Joe’s, Costco, Hmart, Target and more.

The Space

The house gets tons of natural light. It’s a 1960’s split level home featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Downstairs: one bedroom , one full size bath. Kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining room, and laundry. Upstairs: three bedrooms, two bathrooms , a sun room/loft, expansive library. Two Backyards: one side has a pool, the other is a lovely grassy area with a chicken coop. Three car garage + a driveway to fit any sized vehicle including RV’s. The house has every amenity for cooking stocked in the kitchen.

Getting to my home

Closest airport is John Wayne- 13 min. LAX is about an hour. San Diego international is about an hour and a half. There is an Amtrak station 12 min away in Santa Ana. Uber is accessible thereafter .

Getting Around

Trader Joe’s and Aldi’s is a quick 5 minute drive. Sprouts, Albertsons are also nearby. Tons of restaurants are in the same vicinity. Costco is 9 minutes away. The house is very central to all amenities.
