General Overview

My house is a villa in a “condominium” with other 4 independent houses. The condominium is very nicely landscaped, it has 3 heated pools shared by the residents and It’s surrounded by jungle and close to the main road connecting San Isidro (15’) to Dominical beach on the Pacific Ocean(30’). It’s a very quiet place immersed in nature with a lot of animals including Toucans, Sloths, Squirrels, Iguanas and a lot of different birds. The house is fully furnished with high-quality appliances and it has even a fireplace! There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 big kitchen / living room, a huge terrace and parking. The house is very comfortable and it’s served by delicious, fresh spring-water. Washing machine and drier are also available. Thanks to the 1000m altitude temperatures are enjoyable all year to und with no need for air conditioning, ranging 18-27 celsius. Costa Rica has a tropical climate, at sea level it’s very hot and humid, but on the mountains the air is cooler and drier. There are very few places boasting this altitude and such a proximity to the Ocean. These features make this place very unique and enjoyable.
