General Overview
Architect designed four bedroom and three bathroom house with pool and airconditioning.
Two minute stroll direct to beach out our back gate. Miles of bike tracks, and great restaurants on our door step.
Fourth bedroom is a self contained studio ideal for the grandparents.
Central breezeway of house opens to our pool and courtyard.
Fully fenced back yard and central courtyard.
Linen and towels are available for your use. We have a great local cleaner who we get to clean the house before and after your stay. We ask our guests to reimburse us for the exit cleaning fee. This is a cost of approximately $250. Casuarina is a tourist area and good cleaners, and even bad ones are not cheap.

Very quiet, just the noise of the birds and surf.

We are a mature Aussie couple with two adult daughters. We live in Brisbane Queensland, and have a beach house in far northern NSW which we want to swap for other amazing locations around Australia and the world.
People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
