Summerhouse Lodge is situated in a quiet valley with a stream and bridge and large mature trees,  adjacent to the property. The birdlife is amazing and the night sky of Waiheke is close to being granted Dark Sky Status.

The Space

The house is over two levels with the ground floor easily accessed and a king studio with ensuite and kitchenette. It has a courtyard and seating and direct access to the garden. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a kitchen, living and dining, shower room, laundry and generous covered deck.
The garden has a beautiful summerhouse, expansive flowering gardens and a stream and bridge.

Guest Access

Downstairs has self contained flat access to a Studio.
Upstairs is from the side of the property up four shallow steps then open plan accommodation.

Neighbourhood

The neighbourhood is quiet and only ten minutes walk to the bars and restaurants of Oneroa. The house is situated close to the Mudbrick wedding venue and vineyard and walking distance to the ferry terminal as well as a leisurely walk to two beaches.

Getting to my home

Train/ bus or Uber from Auckland airport to the ferry terminal then 35 minutes by ferry to Waiheke Matiatia terminal. Regular buses connect from there or taxis.  You can walk to the house in 20 minutes
