General Overview
Large 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment in the heart of happening Fort Greene with parquet floors and high ceilings in a stunning Italianate mansion building. This top floor apartment has amazing light, views of the Manhattan skyline and a large private roof deck.
The Space
The apartment is on the entire 4th floor [walk up], with private access to a large roof deck. There are skylights throughout the apartment. HVAC Mini splits in each room mean you can heat or cool each room as needed. The apartment itself consists of a dining room large enough for everyone to eat together, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with large flatscreen TV, Master King bedroom with TV and own bathroom, 1 queen bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. There is a second bathroom and a laundry room situated near these bedrooms. The roof deck is private and has lounge furniture and umbrellas and lighting so that you can use it as an additional living space. It is only for your use!

We are on the top floor of a 4 floor building.
Notes
Everyone in the building is very friendly. There are only 3 other apartments. The neighborhood is spectacular and very sought after for it's tree-lined streets and historically preserved stunning architecture. There is a strong sense of community in Fort Greene and Clinton Hill which is welcoming to everyone and especially families.

Neighbourhood
The apartment is steps away from Dekalb Avenue's restaurant scene and Fort Greene Park. There is a subway station on the block that can take you to anywhere in the city [approx. 20 mins to downtown Manhattan]. Downtown Brooklyn is a short walk away where you can find more great restaurants, shopping, concert venues, theaters etc.
Getting to my home
We are a 45 minute uber/train ride from JFK and Newark and even closer to LaGuardia. If you arrive by car or choose to rent one there is street parking available [we don't have a car port].

Getting Around
We are steps away from the G train and about a 10 minute walk to the A/C and about 15 mins to the B/D/F/1/2/3/4/5/6/R/W trains. There are multiple buses for Brooklyn destinations. There are several citibike stations in the neighborhood.
