General Overview
Our house is situated in an idyllic hill-side housing area on the outskirts of the city of Salzburg and offers a fantastic view of the city and the mountains. You will enjoy the views especially on the terrace, seeing the sun set behind the mountain skyline. In summer we spend most of the time outside on the terrasse, having dinner or a good glas of wine. There is also a garden with old apple trees and you can relax in their shade. The house was completely renovated in 2008 and therefore offers modern kitchen and bathroom facilities.
The Space
The house has about 250 m2 of living space on 3 floors. The ground floor offers an open kitchen-dining-living room area, a separate guest room and a guest bathroom. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms, a library room, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. The additional basement area of another 100 m2 has a small appartment with bathroom ensuite, an office, a laundry room and a garage.
Notes
We have a car as well as 3 e-bicycles. We have lots of games and stuff for kids/teenagers, like a trampoline, a table tennis, small billard and table football.
We also have a cat, Filou, that would need feeding during your stay.

Neighbourhood
Directly next to the house there are beautiful woods and meadows, just ready for a nice walk. In summer you can watch the cows grazing here. If you want, you can take a 45 min walk up to the top of the hill and enjoy an incredible view over Salzburg and its surroundings as well as a nice restaurant.
Daily shopping facilities are nearby in walking distance - like supermarkets, butcher, pharmacy, postal office - as well as different restaurants.

The international airport of Salzburg ist only 15 min Taxi drive away.

Getting Around
The center of Salzburg is only 10-15 min away. You can take a direct bus to the center - the bus station is about 100 m away (just down the hill). A car would be also available for exchange. You can also take the e-bike - that takes 15 min to the center.
