General Overview

Modern beach house with views overlooking the ocean. Everything is new! Floor to ceiling windows. Custom cabinets. Connect with nature from the comfort of your living room, or walk the short path for direct beach access.

The Space

Open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Queen size beds in each. Two additional twin-size beds on a window bench in the upstairs recreational room add 2 more sleep spaces (so up to 8 people would work). Works well for singles, couples (cozy!), as well as families. Parking is easy for 3 vehicles, but 4 could fit if needed.

Guest Access

Two floors. Open front door with an electronic code that we provide.

Notes

This is a second home that is also listed on rental platforms (https://www.itrip.net/rockaway-beach-vacation-rental/coho-vista). It gets booked up during the summer, but there is significant availability during fall, winter, and spring. At the moment, we have a restriction on pets, but let us know if you'd like us to consider an exception. No shoes inside please. Also, we're no longer Premium members (we weren't using PLU enough to justify it), so have limitations in our ability to respond to messages. Feel free to email us at [email protected].

Explore the nearby beach towns of Wheeler, Nehalem, and Garibaldi / Bay City. Hike to Oregon's biggest old-growth cedar tree (trail is less than a mile away). There are numerous recreational options in the area.

It's a 1 hour and 45 minute drive from Portland, Oregon.

Portland (PDX) International Airport (1.75 hours). Seattle-Tacoma (SEA) International Airport (4 hours).

Getting Around

Rockaway Beach is within walking distance. A car (rental or otherwise) is recommended.
