General Overview

Welcome to our little piece of paradise in the desert! find a spacious living and dining area where we spend most of our time together and a well equipped galley kitchen that's perfect for cooking up family meals. The cozy back garden is a quiet spot to relax and the internal courtyard, shaded by a beautiful bougainvillea, is one of our favorite places to unwind. Upstairs, there are two big bedrooms with double beds and a huge master with a king size bed. There’s also a small room just outside the front door, where we’ve placed a day bed, though we mostly use it for hanging laundry. Our wonderful cleaning lady comes in twice a week to keep everything looking fresh and tidy, so you’ll always find our home in top shape. We also share our space with two lovely cats. Misty is our 10 year old fluffy sweetheart who takes a little time to warm up to new people but adores attention once she feels comfortable. Then there’s Kitten, whose name doesn’t quite befit as he’s a large, adventurous Arabian Mau who spends his days prowling around outside before returning home for some love and attention.

My husband and I have lived in Abu Dhabi for 10 years. Our adult children are back in the U.K. and my family are in Bermuda so spend our alternating summers between both places. Other holidays throughout the year are spent travelling and exploring new places.
