Lived here 32 years - enjoyed renovations galore. Quiet cul de sac with walkway to Annie Wood Park. Excellent position close to golf course and shops. Life here is laid-back but with all the modern comforts, making it a perfect place to unwind while still having plenty of adventures nearby. We think you’ll love it here and hope you’ll feel right at home during your stay.
The Space
Our home is a spacious and open-plan retreat designed for both comfort and relaxation. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it offers plenty of room for families or couples traveling together. You’ll also find a dedicated study for quiet time, a laundry for convenience, and an exercise room equipped with a treadmill, bike, and TV to keep up with your fitness routine while away.
The living spaces are bright and welcoming, with two lounges—one featuring a massage chair for ultimate relaxation, and a large TV for cozy evenings in. The main bedroom and exercise room also have their own TVs, so there’s always a spot to unwind. Our modern kitchen, dining room, and courtyard make it easy to enjoy meals together, whether indoors or outside.
Outdoors, you’ll love the private pool, patio with a beautiful view, and even a putting area for a bit of fun. With two car spaces and plenty of thoughtful touches throughout, our home is both practical and indulgent.
We’re excited to share both our home and our beautiful region with you, and we’re sure it will be a wonderful part of your stay.
