General Overview

Very bright two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Dubai. Set in a luxury compound of low-rise buildings and villas, you are surrounded by lush green trees and are only few minutes away from the beach. We are in a very quiet location - ideal if you work from home.

The Space

You have access to a fully equipped apartment with all its comforts since it's our primary home, AC in all rooms, Netflix TV, Sonos sound system to high-speed wifi to work remotely, 2 separate working stations, common pool and gym. You have: 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with bath+shower, 2 working stations, cozy living room, and peaceful balcony immersed in the greenery, overlooking the communal swimming pool. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom is currently set up as an office and yoga room, but also has a small double bed and would make a perfect bedroom for a child. The living room is cozy, warm and has another large working station.

CLEANING I have a trusted cleaner that I can put you in touch with, should you need any help around the house - it is very affordable. PLANTS We only have a couple of small indoor plants that we'd appreciate you water every few weeks. CAT We have a cat called Fatty living with us and that you'll find when you arrive. She’s 10 years old and we’ve had her since she was two — she’s a rescued Dubai street cat. She loves cuddles on the sofa but mainly loves the balcony (yes, even in summer!) She has an automatic feeder and you just need to remember to keep her water bowl full.

Neighbourhood

The community is very green and quiet,, with lush trees and birds chirping. Supermarket, yoga studios, nails parlour, hairdresser, pharmacy and lots of cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. Food shopping: There's a supermarket called Aswaaq round the corner, plus there's an app called Instashop that brings you any delivery you like.

Getting Around

We are 5 mins walk from the metro station, 2 mins from the tram, and have electric bikes stations all around our compound. Taxis also get here in no time - Uber, Careem and Bolt are very popular. We are only 6 mins drive to Burj Al Arab, 10 mins to Marina and 10 to Kite Beach.

Chiara and Will

Hello! we are Will and Chiara - professional entrepreneurs running a couple of digital businesses that allow us to travel frequently. We live in Dubai with a lovely cat called Fatty - she mainly lives on the balcony, is super cuddly and guards the house while we are not there. We love the outdoors - diving, hiking, climbing, offroading - and are passionate about deep connections and healing.
