I have a quirky A Frame cottage with a fully fenced yard in Bargara. It’s a quiet spot with a hammock in the garden and walking distance to the oceanfront. There is also a bus stop close by. Bargara is flat, so walking, and cycling are easy; my garden is mostly a food garden. There is lots to explore in the area or simply kick back and relax.
I am new to home exchange.
The Space
Lower level contains a bedroom with double bed, a toilet and bathroom - there is a sauna in the bathroom which I can remove if preferred. The living space downstairs has front, back and side patios, lounge, dining, kitchen, and laundry.
Guest Access
Ground floor access is only available.
Notes
I am open to dogs but... would need to be quiet dogs.
