General Overview

Spacious and bright aptartment that has recently been 100% renovated, so all facilities are new and modern. You can easily get to the city center by foot (40 mins), with bike (15 min), car (5min) or by bus (7min). The amazing sea view can be seen from all common rooms and the bedroom which has direct access to the balcony. Amazing hiking trails are accessible right outside the doorstep, and if you want to swim in the ocean, it's only a 15min walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for people who want to be close to nature. The bus-stop to go to the city is only a short 10min walk away. Feel free to use the outdoor space and BBQ area on my balcony to enjoy the spectacular seaview, but please no parties. I have super fast / fiber internett (5G), so it´s perfect if you want to work from home. If you you have a friendly dog you can bring it, but please no cats (im allergic, sorry)
