Secluded 4600 sq ft home on 2 acres at the base of the mountains. Breathtaking views. Just a 5 minute drive to groceries and restaurants. 15 minutes to the university. Bus stop is one mile from the home. Full outdoor private sports court with all the equipment you need for pickleball, basketball, trampoline, swing set. Inside there is table tennis, two family rooms, and lots of games and puzzles for quality family time. Available for use: bicycles (various sizes, including a tandem). 4 paddleboards, 2 kayaks, rollerblades, snow shoes. Great hiking, biking, running trails are just outside the door. About 35 minutes to Sundance ski resort. Park City and Salt Lake City resorts are less than an hour away. We have chickens, quail, and a cat that can be looked after by a neighbor unless you want the responsibility.

My husband and I have 5 children. 4 are adults and one teen is still at home with us. Our adult children are scattered around the world with various work and educational opportunities. We love to travel and meet up with them as often as possible. We have hosted diverse groups in our large home.
