General Overview

We love our home mainly because of the amount of light we get all day long into our apartment due to south west orientation. We are the plants lover and they prosper in our apartment tremendously due to its warmth. We have 30m long balcony which goes around our apartment where you can enjoy any meal of your day with view to the area. It is near to public transport (tram 5 mins walk, metro 10 mins walk) but very calm with many grocery stores near by.

The Space

The apartment has one bedroom and the living room area with kitchen. Also 30m long balcony around the two sides of the apartment are there with an access from the living room and the bedroom as well.

Guest Access

The apartment is in the last floor of the building (7th floor) with the elevator which gets you to the 6th floor and you need to do just 20 extra stairs to reach the apartment.
