"Chata Pod Szczeblem" is a lovely original wooden house
The Space
We offer you this homely and stylish house built by carpenters from Podhale in 1998. We bought it from the first owner in 2012, and until October 2019, we only used it for private purposes. Unfortunately, we now have much less time to enjoy its benefits, so we decided to make it available to others. The home is great for family or friends, a remote workspace, and a training base for ultra runners.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with a kitchen, including a table and bench for 10-12 people and on two floors 5 bedrooms. There's a sofa bed on the ground floor, so you can basically accommodate more than 10 people. The 18-acre lot has plenty of space in the garden, with a fire pit surrounded by benches, hammocks, a trampoline.

Notes
There is no central heating in the two bedrooms on the top floor. Until now, when the house was heated, even in the winter there was no need to heat these rooms. If it is too cold, however, you will have a portable electric heater in each room. In these rooms, the only lighting is the night lights. Only one bedroom has a dresser. The other rooms have only mattresses. Four consecutive dressers are located in the hallway on the first floor (shown in one of the photos). Unfortunately, for technical reasons, there is no dishwasher. Hot water is from a gas stove, so hot water is enough for everyone. The water is directly from a mountain of Szczebel private reservoir, so there are practically no restrictions and you can drink it without cooking - it's great! The area is fenced, so dogs can be left outside (apart from outstanding runaways, because the fence on a certain section is only three boards nailed to the beam). Up to 4 cars can park one after the other on the property. But on the road above the plot, you can also park on the grass.
The home can accommodate more than 10 people. In addition to 5 bedrooms with large double mattresses, on which 3 people can fit tightly, there is also a sofa at the bottom. As a result, it is possible to arrange a larger number of people. Please note, however, that there are no extra bed linen or towels for guests over 10.
