It is a newly built housing development. A minute's walk across the road is a beautiful big woodland and a lovely walk to the Altyre country estate and Blair's Loch.

Inverness airport is a 40 minute car ride away

Getting Around

There are buses and a train station for Nairn and Elgin and Inverness, and buses to Findhorn. A car would be very useful, and will afford you a much wider scope for exploring the area, but not essential.
