We absolutely adore our home! We have all the included home luxuries that make a home feel like home. Step outside into our gorgeous backyard, featuring both a cozy wood fire pit and a modern gas fire pit – perfect for relaxing evenings. The best part? Our backyard opens up to beautiful open space, offering privacy with no views of other homes or back windows. Our neighbors are friendly, and the neighborhood is incredibly peaceful. We’re also just minutes from Horsetooth Reservoir and the breathtaking Colorado Rockies! Plus, enjoy movie nights with our large TV and immersive Sonos speakers. After a long day, unwind in comfort with our cozy, luxurious mattresses. It’s truly the perfect spot to relax and enjoy life! We have a kayak, and two stand-up paddleboards, as well as bikes for your use!

Hello! We are a young family of five! Jason and I are blessed with three children: a 15 year old, a 2 yr old, and a 6 month old. We have a sweet 3 yr old Lewellin setter who may or may not be joining us on home swaps. We love where we live in Northern Colorado, and frequent Horsetooth Reservoir where we love to paddle board and swim! We love being so close to the mountains and hiking whenever we can. Oh, those gorgeous mountains!
