Our home is a 4 bedroom 2 bath 2148 square foot house with a private gate on 5 acres that was built in 2013. Located in the Umpqua National Forrest, we are across the street from the gorgeous North Umpqua River, with easy river access. Located just 20 miles east of Roseburg, our home is near some amazing attractions such as Toketee Falls, Toketee Hot Springs, Crater Lake National Park, and Diamond Lake.

Lacey

I am a homemaker with a son who is homeschooled and in the 5th grade. My husband works in law enforcement and with almost 20 years under his belt, he is wanting to take a few years to work in Florida! He is at a point in his career where he is looking for a new challenge, but we ultimately want to end up back in Oregon near family. We love our home and don’t want to let it go permanently. We hope to find wonderful people to do a somewhat long-term swap with us! We have grown to love the idea of Florida. We look forward to seeing where this leap of faith takes us!
