General Overview
Our home is full of natural light with lots of open space. We have lots of room to play (and lots of fun toys!), plus fun extra amenities like a digital piano, and big kitchen.
The Space
Our home is a bright, spacious family friendly haven just 10 minutes to all the local sights. We have a fully equipped kitchen with a gas range, a large open living room with lots of natural light, an electric piano, couches designed for socializing, and a TV with streaming services available. Located on a quiet street just 10 minutes from South Congress, just 15 minutes from University of Texas, and just 40 minutes from the famed Texas Hill Country, known for sprawling views and wineries.
Our home is located on 1/2 an acre, providing lots of green space, a rarity in the city! Our yard is equipped with kids playthings, including a bucket swing, gym climber, and tree climbing holds. There's a large driveway for parking. For family friendly amenities we have tripp-trapp highchairs, stools in the bathroom, baby gate on the stairs (note that upstairs will be closed), and lots of toys, plus additional babyproofing.
This home is quiet, fully equipped, and peaceful. We're just a short drive from the best Austin has to offer.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire first floor, which is the primary area of the house. This area includes the fully stocked kitchen, bedroom with king bed, bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom with a double sink and large countertop, plus a large living room.
Notes
We have lots of kid friendly amenities that won't cramp adults' style, including high chairs, babyproofing, gate on the stairs (note that upstairs will be closed). The front yard has lots of kid friendly play areas, including swings, a gym climber, and tree climbing holds. We also have lots of toys for all ages available.

Neighbourhood
Our neighborhood is quiet, residential, and best of all, just 10-20 minutes from everything you want to do in Austin. We're in the heart of the "Live Music Capitol of the World", and host to events like SXSW, Austin City Limits Music Festival, Formula 1, and seemingly endless wineries, distilleries and breweries, both in town and in the Hill Country. We're just 15 minutes from University of Texas, 15 minutes from Barton Springs, and so much more. We love living in Austin, and are happy to give you lots of recommendations.
Need a dose of nature? We're just around the corner (<5 minute drive or 20 minute walk) to Austin largest park, Roy Guererro Park. There are hiking trails, sports, frisbee golf, and a large playground. Just 2 miles away is the famed Austin Hike and Bike trail, which can take you all around the immediate center of the city, all along the river. It's a lovely nature oasis in the middle of the city, and a great way to commute downtown by foot or on bike!
Getting to my home
We're just a 9 minute drive from the airport (but amazingly, not under the flight path!), so the best way to get here is by car. The bus system also works, but a car is the best way to get around.
We're right in between downtown and the airport, so easy access to both! Just 10 minutes from each.
