Our home is a bright and airy townhome located in a newly constructed community in Vista, California, close to Carlsbad, CA in the North County of San Diego County.

The Space

Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is 2 stories (with stairs).  The downstairs is an open floorplan, with the kitchen, dining room, and living area.  There is an entrance from our private 2-car garage into the kitchen, with a small coat closet and 1/2 bathroom.  The upstairs has 3 bedrooms.  On one side of the upstairs you will find the primary bedroom and en-suite bathroom, in addition to a guest bedroom.  On the other side of the upstairs, you will find another guest bedroom and full guest bathroom.  Our laundry (stacked washer/dryer) is upstairs as well.  We have a cozy private patio area on the first floor.

Guest Access

Our home is 2 stories (with stairs).  There are approximately 3 stairs leading from the garage into the kitchen.

We are approximately 15 minutes away from Legoland in Carlsbad and 20 minutes from the beaches in Carlsbad and Oceanside.

We are a couple in our thirties and have one daughter who is absolutely wonderful. Marc is a remote worker for a pharmaceutical company and Michelle stays home with our daughter and is a real estate proffessional. We love to travel to new places, hike, bike, hang out with friends, and be lazy by a beach. We are quiet and respectful and will treat your home as our own.
