We are in the middle of everything and can walk to many attractions of SF.  We have some 40 restaurants which are walkable.  We are next to public transportation.  The best gym/spa in the city is across the street.  The Embarcadero is one block away.  Our neighborhood is quiet and safe.  We have underground parking but cars aren't necessary.  Our condo is well lit with all the technology and feels very spacious with a two story loft bedroom on 2 floors.  Our building is brick, well constructed has a pool and 24 hour concierge service.  Perfect pied-a terre.

The Space

Our condo is fully furnished with original art and sculptures.  It has a fully equipped Kitchen, Livingroom, Dining for 4 and out door patio with dining for 2 including a sculpture garden. Upstairs is a reading area, desk, large walk-in closet, king bed and full bath.

Guest Access

2 stories 1 set of stairs.  Outdoor access as well as through the building lobby with concierge.

Notes

The cruise boats come in about once a week to our pier which has a sea park area that looks at angel island and Alcatraz.  Ferry boats from piers to the left and right go to East Bay, Marin, and Sausalito.  We are on the north side of the city which is closest to Napa and Sonoma winecountry

Neighbourhood

We have parks and water fountains.  Can walk around the Embarcadero from the Golden Gate bridge, Crissy Field, Fort Mason, All the wharfs, paass the ferry building and beyond without crossing one street and it's all flat.  Old warehouses are all around that have been gentrified, outside art is everywhere.
