It boasts a large office, perfect for business stays, and exceptional amenities: two-level fitness center, rooftop BBQ area, and 24-hour security. Near shopping, dining, and entertainment, with easy access to public transit and highways, it's the ideal urban living space.
Our condo goes beyond the basics to offer exceptional amenities such as a two-level fitness centre complete with an indoor hot tub and saunas, and a beautifully landscaped rooftop barbecue area with gardens. The building also has 24-hour security and controlled access to residents' parking as well as public parking on site.
The Space
The large bedroom serves as a tranquil retreat, featuring a large window. The bathroom, with its large tub and good water pressure, provides an environment where you can unwind and recharge. The large office, complete with sliding doors for privacy, large desk, and office chair, makes the condo a perfect place to work if you are in town on business.
Guest Access
You will have access to the entire condo except the walk in closet in the bedroom. There will be closet space for you in the den/office.
You will also have access to all the amenities of the condo building:
- 2 level gym with 1/2 basketball court, saunas and hot tub
- Room top patio with 6 barbecues, an outdoor hot tub, lounge areas, and eating areas
- Ground floor courtyard with benches and garden
- Library with books that anyone can take
We also have a conference room, games room, billiard room, and "coffee lounge" that can be booked. If this is something you would want while you stay, we can try and arrange it but there is additional cost that the building charges for some of the rooms.
Please note: I cannot be responsible for any of the building amenities not being available or being out of service. This does happen occasionally.

Staying here means you're at the heart of everything. The condo's central location puts you within walking distance of vibrant shopping districts, gourmet restaurants, and entertainment venues, ensuring you're never far from where you want to be. It has easy access to public transportation (the King streetcar and Queen St buses/streetcar) and major highways (Gardner and DVP) which makes getting around a breeze.
Getting to my home
The condo is directly off the DVP and Gardiner Expressway.
It is a 15 minute walk from union station.
You can take the King Street car to Sherbourne and my condo is a 2 minute walk from the stop.
There is paid parking under the building and we do have a free parking spot. Inquire about it's availability.

Toronto Pearson Airport - 25 minute train ride from Union Station (20 minute taxi ride)
Toronto City Centre Airport - shuttle to/from union station & 15 minute walk
Getting Around
Transportation is available on Queen St (to the north running east & west), King St (to the south running east & west) and Sherbourne outside the building (running north & south)
We are a 50 year old couple, who are trying to wind down working full time over the next few years. We split our time between a condo downtown and our little rustic cottage outside of Peterborough Ontario.
Terry's job is very flexible so we like to spend extended time working away. She also loves to take her teenaged nieces and nephews on trips to let them experience the world outside Canada.
Wayne is an avid outdoor-person and loves running and riding his ATV.
