Quiet rural location, nestled between rows of olive trees, in an excellent position near the city, ideal for walks, relaxation and excursions in the nearby Chianti and Val d'Arno.

The Space
There are several living spaces: a large living with large sofa in front of chimney, a smaller livinh with sofa in front of the garden and terrace, a dining room just aside and a large kitchen. Two bedrooms each located in oposite side of the house with a bathroom aside.
A third bedroom can be arranged in the library room, with sofabed (pictures on demand).
Outside garden with terrace, barbecue, gazebo with tables and chairs, a sofacorner. From the other side a parking.
