General Overview

I love my flat for many reasons! The natural sunlight fills the space from early morning until just a few hours before sunset, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our living room is one of my favorite spots, with its cozy 70s-80s inspired furniture and an ultra-comfortable couch—perfect for unwinding after a long day. Another thing that makes our home special is the layout; we have a private guest room on the other side of the flat with its own bathroom, offering visitors comfort and privacy. We also have a dedicated room just for our clothes, keeping everything organized and spacious. Beyond the flat itself, the location is a huge highlight. We're just 15 minutes walk from Gràcia, my favorite neighborhood in Barcelona, known for its bohemian charm, vibrant atmosphere, and artistic vibe. Plus, we’re only 20 minutes walk from the iconic Sagrada Familia and just a 5-minute walk to the yellow line metro station, which takes you directly to the city center in 20 minutes and the beach in 30. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, style, and convenience!
