We have a newly renovate home that has beautiful views of the golf course and Table Mountain can be seen from the main bedroom balcony. Our house has a spectacular kitchen, open plan lounge dinning area, bar and entertainment room. 3 en-suite bedrooms with one of them being used as a home office with a pull out sleeper couch. 
We also have a large covered patio with a braai, this leads onto our pool area.

We have a cleaning lady that comes in 4 days a week, she will do all your washing, and will clean the house. We also have a gardener who works on a Sunday.

The Space

There is an abundance of wild life around us, Springboks & mongoose, are regular visitors as well as a haven for bird watchers. 

Our son and his girlfriend live on the property. They have a separate flatlet with their own kitchen, bedroom bathroom. Their own parking and entrance.  Dylan (25) is a scratch golfer and an avid kite surfer and surfer.

Guest Access

Only the main bedroom and en- suite is upstairs.
Everything else is on the ground floor

Neighbourhood

We live in Atlantic Beach Golf Estate, and our home overlooks the 12th Fairway. The town is Melkbosstrand and our house is just a 10min walk from the beach and from many restaurants and shops. Some of the best surfing spots as well as the world famous Kite Beach, is in close proximity. 
Atlantic Beach Estate offers an 18-hole links style golf course, a Leisure Centre with a swimming pool, tennis courts, padel courts, a skateboard area for kids and fitness centre.

Cape Town City Centre is 28km away. (+- 35min drive)
