General Overview

Beautiful single storey 213 sq meter private pool home located 2 miles from the white sand beaches of the gulf. Our home is located in a private gated golf course community with access to golf and dining at the club. Our home has a split floor plan where the primary bedroom and ensuite bathroom are on one side of the house and the 3 guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house . Large folding glass windows fold into the walls allowing for true Florida indoor / outdoor living. Other features include a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, a main living room and a 2nd large family room (off the kitchen). It also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has 2 large closets (one being a walk in closet), and an ensuite bath with a large soaking tub, walk-in shower and separate water closet (toilet)

Notes

Our area (Bonita Springs) and the surrounding area (Naples) is very safe. Gated communities centering around clubhouses are very popular in our areas. I believe it is because many of our homes are vacation or secondary homes and we align ourselves with our clubs for golf and social. Our vacation home is also in a private gated golf course community. ' You will need to enter through the front gatehouse. Dining membership to our clubhouse is transferrable for a fee. Golf will be paid as you play the course. Other noted items: - The are forms to complete and submit to the Home Owner's association for them to approve your stay in the community.

Neighbourhood

Our neighborhood has anything you could look to do and see. - Beach, hiking and nature trails - Beautiful white sandy beaches and inner coastal waterways. - kayaking, paddle boarding, parasailing, jet skiing and more are available just down the street from our home. - Entertainment for children such as a zoo, mini golf and children's museum - So many restaurants to choose from ranging from local seafood off the boats to fine dining and dinner theatres. - The community of Naples boarders our home to the south and North of us is Fort Myers. Naples is a prestigious community and their shopping and dining areas are unmatched in Florida.

Getting to my home

We are just off the main Highway (#75). Our community is located directly off Bonita Beach Road.

Nearest airport

The closest international airport is Fort Myers Florida. It is approximately 1/2 drive away from the house

Getting Around

Shops, restaurants and more are just outside our community gates. Car rental is popular as is uber /taxi rides.

My husband and I are semi-retired Canadians who live in Ontario Canada and have our vacation home in Bonita Springs Florida.
