Venice is known for its hip, artsy, and gritty vibes. And, of course, Muscle Beach. Rose Ave is known for its restaurants and bars, which are just minutes away by foot. Rare in LA =) Our home is less than a mile from the beach and a 10 minute drive to Santa Monica. Come enjoy the pool, hot tub, all the LA landmarks, and good food!

On the bottom floor there are two rooms, an office (no bed) and guest room with full bed. The expansive living room opens to the backyard and has plenty of seating. The kitchen features Viking appliances and carrera marble throughout. The kitchen also open up to the back yard for a wonderful indoor/outdoor feel. Past the kitchen is the casual dining room which we actually call the "family room" because thats where we spend most of our time. Upstairs is the master bedroom with king size bed and private balcony with sauna. The master bath has a walk in rain show and oversized soaking tub. The second bedroom is our daughters room with a full size bed and private bathroom with shower. The backyard has a pool, hot tub, fire pit and bbq. The front yard has a climbing dome for kids and play house with swings and a slide.

There are two floors. There are 2 steps out front and within the house.

Venice is known and artsy and hip and little bit gritty. We're less than 1 mile from the beach and located right on Rose Ave, a well known area with bars and restaurants. There are several parks within walking distance as well and even a golf course. We're a 10 minute drive to Santa Monica, the 10 freeway and Pacific Coast Highway to get you anywhere you need to go.

We're about a 20 minute drive from LAX

LAX is the closest international airport, Santa Monica Airport is just a few minutes away

Walking around Venice is no problem, but like most of Los Angeles, you'll need to drive to get anywhere else!
