My lodge is quiet, right on a lake on the Pearl Valley Golf Estate. The Estate is located in the middle of the Winelands. So if you like golf, drink a good wine and want to eat very well, this is the place for you. All sights, such as Cape Town or the airport, can be reached in a good 45 minutes. On the estate itself you have everything you need for a good infrastructure. From the doctor to restaurants, pools or gyms, everything is available. You can also go horseback riding here. My house is exclusively equipped. You have an 800-degree grill, a very high-quality kitchen, and online-enabled air conditioners. All rooms are equipped with bathroom and toilet. And the wine cabinet is full, of course. Of course, there is also very good Wi-Fi and a smart TV. A total of approx. 250 square meters are available.

On the ground floor you will find the open kitchen with living room and terrace, as well as the braai grill and additional outdoor fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped. They have a JURA espresso machine, egg cooker, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer and, of course, a dishwasher. On the first floor you will find your two rooms with double beds and two ensuite bathrooms with shower and whirlpool, as well as a separate toilet. Adapters for your technology are of course available. ​ The kitchen is fully equipped and offers you everything you need for self-catering, right down to the shopping bag for the mall.

Our house is located on arguably one of the most beautiful resorts in the Winelands. In just three minutes you are on foot at tee 1 of our sensational golf course. On the estate itself you will find restaurants, pools, gyms, doctors, physiotherapists, cafes, a farm for your fresh vegetables, or our mountain bike trail of almost 26 KM. You can also go horseback riding, play tennis or paddle tennis and much more. Nearby with a driving time of about 20-30 minutes are the town of Franschhoek or Stellenbosch with their very good restaurants. The nearest shopping mall is only 10 minutes away.

You can get from the CPT (Cape Town International Airport) to Pearl Valley in about 45 minutes. You will get the exact route description from me, because Google sometimes suggests a wrong entrance to the estate :): You will receive a security code from me for the entrance. which you can then use to get through security. If you stay longer, you can also use your fingerprint for the barriers.

You can run small errands directly on the estate. for this you only have to walk 2 min. inflow. If you want to do your bulk shopping, you can drive to the nearest mall with various shops. It is only a good 10 minutes drive from us. An even larger mall and other shops are about 15 minutes away from the Estate. The Waterfront in Cape Town takes a good 45 minutes.
