General Overview

We have a 4 bedroom/2.5 bathroom (1.5 story) home in a residential neighborhood tucked away that backs onto the BRP. We are only 10-15 minutes from the main roads and highways for an easy commute around the area. We love experiencing all four seasons in this neighborhood. Our home has the primary bedroom on the main floor, with an ensuite bathroom and closet, there are three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. We also have a patio and a deck, that has covering, a fire pit. There is also a play set and trampoline available. We have a lovely creek in front of our home that has a swing in front for ultimate relaxation.

The Space

We have a playroom (previously a dining room), Great room with high ceilings that has a fireplace, large TV. Downstairs is the primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom and closet, coat closet, 2.5 car garage with level 2 Tesla charger, mud room, laundry room, kitchen with stainless steel appliances and other useful kitchen accessories (Keurig, air fryer, instant pot, rice cooker), dining book, sliding doors onto deck that has pavilion cover, grill, seating. There is also a fire pit in the backyard, playlet and trampoline.

Notes

We are a pet free and smoke free home with HEPA air filters and dehumidifiers available. No carpeting on the first floor. We refrain from wearing outside shoes in the home to keep the home clean.

Neighbourhood

A residential neighborhood tucked away near the Blue Ridge Parkway. We are on a private street/right of way that only has 4 homes on it. The only noise is a dog barking in the distance.

Getting to my home

The best way is to fly into AVL airport, and rent a car. It is necessary to have a car while visiting in order to fully enjoy the beautiful area. There is a grocery, restaurants and stores less than 5 miles away.

It is necessary to have a car while visiting in order to fully enjoy the beautiful area. There is a grocery, restaurants and stores less than 5 miles away. There is public transportation on the main road (3-4 miles away), but it is advisable to have a vehicle to fully explore the area. We are home to the famous Biltmore Estate and Grove Park Inn! There are several amazing restaurants, breweries, art galleries, live music, downtown, hiking, trails, waterfalls, shopping, etc. See why we consistently are ranked as one of the top places to visit in nationwide magazines.
