A nice modernized wooden house built 1947 in a peaceful neighbourhood. There is a furnished terrace and an outdoor kitchen and we have a garden with strawberries, raspberries and a cherry tree.
In the summer and autumn (june to october) we love to sit outside with a barbeque and a Chablis, with the french doors open to the kitchen - or strolling down to the water for a swim.
In the winter we like to sit by the fireplace facetiming with the family.
The Space
The house is app. 160 m2, kitchen, dinning room and living room on the first floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor, washing machine etc. and a large bedroom and a bathroom in the basement. Outside is a shed with bicycles, lawnmower etc.
Guest Access
The stairs to the second floor and the basement is not suited for disabled persons.
Notes
We have two bicycles, a kayak and two SUP boards. Many locals have boats for cruising in the archipelago, ask the neighbours or in the shops and you might be able to rent a boat for one or more days.
There are a number of marked walking paths in the woods and hills surrounding the town. We'll leave a detailed map of the paths.

Neighbourhood
It's a quiet neighbourhood with little traffic. It's a 10 min. walk from the idyllic town center with cafés, restaurants, grocery stores and boutiques.
A few hundred meters from the house is a bathing place by the sound.
In the summer period there are public boats going along the scenic archipelago coast from Lillesand to Kristiansand.
