Panama City Beach Florida is the. ultimate destination that has something to offer for every age! Our home is 1 minute from the white sandy beach and emerald green water that the gulf coast is famous for. This place truly has it all- famous white powdery sand beaches, crystal clear water, walking paths, parks, fishing, bird watching, delicious food, all ages entertainment, freshwater springs, and the best sea shells and sand dollars to hunt for!
We have a spacious home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that we use as a second home and rent out when we aren't enjoying it. The master has a king bed ensuite with full bathroom and walk in closet, there's a room with a queen bed, another queen bed room, and a bunk room with full beds. The bunk room is connected to one of the queen rooms. We do not have a car to offer at this property, we rent a car from the airport when we visit.
We have flexibility to offer it as a simultaneous, non-simultaneous, and for globes.
The most popular time to visit this beach town is June, July, August. It is VERY hot and humid during these times. We enjoy visiting in the spring, fall, or even winter when it's less busy with tourists. We prefer the off season here, only because you can find better deals with the tourist attractions and we like that the beach is basically just ours!
These are some of the most popular things to do- all are AMAZING!!
Frank Brown Park- one of our kids most favorite parks in the world. It has foam blocks to build giant forts with, lots of playgrounds, a pool/splash pad, lakes, walking paths, swings, all the things kids need!
Pirate Voyage dinner and show- this is SUCH a fun experience!! Our kids (and us) loved the dinner and show. This was created and owned by Dolly Parton. They offer an unforgettable night with face painting, yummy food, and a really stunning show!
Shipwreck Island Water Park (open May-Early September)- consistently rated as one of the best water parks.
Skywheel at Pier Park- shops/restaurants and a skywheel. Take a sunset flight 200 feet above the gulf in a climate controlled gondola, for the best view in the city.
Pirate cruises- Board the Sea Dragon for a 2 hour swashbuckling adventure with sword fights and water gun battles that keep kids enchanted while parents sip a "grog" on the deck.
WonderWorks and Ripley's Believe it not museums, perfect for non-beach days. These interactive museums are mind bending fun for curious minds.
Shell island- a 7 mile, completely undeveloped barrier island. Rent a pontoon or take a shuttle. There are no condos or trash cans, just you the dolphins, and thousands of intact sand dollars.
St Andrew's State Park- Locals head here for "Gator Lake" where you can spot alligators and large herons from a safe boardwalk, or the "kiddie pool". a shallow, rock protected area, perfect for snorkeling with little ones.
Camp Helen State Park- Home to one of the largest coastal dune lakes in the world. Rent a kayak and paddle the rare freshwater- meets- saltwater ecosystem.
Scenic 30A/Seaside/Rosemary beaches- These are historic areas that are seen in movies that have been filmed here. Luxury boutiques. Airstream food truck row (our kids LOVE going here)
Cypress springs- Ditch the salt for a day. Rent a kayak or paddle board and paddle through neon blue, 70-degree freshwater spring, hidden in a forest.
Florida Caverns- explore a "dry" cave system with stalactites and stalagmites, a cool 65 degrees year round.
The Space
You will have everything you need for your stay! There is a family room with a comfortable couch, dining table, and fully stocked kitchen. We have 4 bedrooms with the most comfortable beds. 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and a bunk bed with full beds. The bunk room is attached to one of the queen bedrooms, perfect for kids!
We have a very private backyard, with a screened in porch, perfect for morning coffee. We also have a gazebo in the back yard where our kids love to look for turtles and lizards and any other creature they can find. The gazebo is perfect for sunsets and evening outdoor time.
We also have a community pool that is right down the street from our home. There are 2 swimming pools you will have access to.
Guest Access
There are 2 steps onto the gazebo out in the back yard, other than that, no steps in the home. You will have a special code that gets you into the house.
Notes
We do not live nearby, so we won't be able to provide any welcome message or treats. Sorry!!
We do have a cleaner that will clean after you leave, there is a $150 cleaning charge. We rent this as a vacation rental, and the house needs to be professionally cleaned. If you are leaving on the same day that we have a guest checking in, you will need to leave by 10:00am so our cleaners have time to clean the house.

Our house is in a gated community. We will give you a gate code and door lock code to access the house. You will also need a wrist band to go to the community pool. These are hanging by the front door. Please keep track of these, we are charged to replace them. Please hang them back up when you leave.
Getting to my home
The best way to access the home is by airport. We are 30 minutes by car from the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP). You will need to rent a car. It would be difficult to get around by foot or public transit.

Hello! We are a family of 5 that loves to travel and experience this beautiful world. We love trying new things, new food, and exploring everything we can. Our family loves to be together as much as we can. We have a fairly flexibly schedule and can travel to most places easily, and on short notice. Our home is a second home, we do not live there, so our house is very flexible for hosting. We do rent it out to guests, so I will keep our calendar updated as guests book our home.
"My dad is from Hungary and we are going there for the first time to see where he was born. He was the youngest refugee to come to the United States during the 1956 revolution. This will be a special family trip!"
