General Overview

We are everyday grateful for this home. It is a bright and renovated 100 m² apartment, strategically located in a quite, safe and green area, only 3 minutes walk from bus stops and metro station with direct line to the center (in less then 20 Min). We constantly pour love in our place and people recognize a pleasant vibration when coming over. Additionally, supermarkets very close, local and cheap cafés, and our beloved churros truck just by the metro, the most delicious and authentic in town! :)

The Space

The main bedroom features a large, comfortable bed and a small balcony overlooking a square with trees and a mountain in the background. In spring, for a short period of a few weeks, beautiful and colorful flowers decorate the lawn. At night, the area is very quiet. There is also a projector that can be used to watch movies on the wall opposite the bed. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and a large desk. Big windows provide plenty of natural light and ensure good airflow, especially during the summer. The apartment includes a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a bidet, as well as an additional guest toilet. The spacious living room is filled with natural light thanks to beautiful large windows with Victorian-style frames. A large, comfortable red velvet sofa and our beloved plants make the space especially cozy. There is a large smart TV, along with books in both Italian and English. The living room is an open-plan space shared with the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, and blender.

Neighbourhood

We are at the foot of the lush and beautiful Collserola park which spread across the mountain. From our house you can start various hiking or trekking routes. We have a supermarket two minutes from home, open even on Sunday mornings. There are also various cafes and restaurants, and several pharmacies. Another large supermarket, Lidl, is five minutes away. There's also a huge bazaar with a wide variety of items.

Getting Around

The metro station is a 3-min walk away, so In 15 minutes, you can reach the city center (e.g., La Rambla) or other destinations like the Sagrada Familia. We are a short bus, metro or cab ride away from Park Guell and Tibidabo.
