General Overview

Magnificamente collocata per visitare la città e le spiagge vicine, la casa si trova nel quartiere storico di Villanova ma fuori dalla zona a traffico limitato (posizione comoda per l'utilizzo dell'automobile). Ideale per visitare a piedi il centro ma anche per raggiungere le spiagge in auto o con i mezzi pubblici. Parcheggio semplice e gratuito. Wi-Fi free. L'appartamento è collocato all'interno di una palazzina storica in stile liberty, si eleva su due piani (130 mq + terrazzo 20 mq + balconcino) ed è stato finemente ristrutturato nel 2012. La casa dispone di un impianto di climatizzazione ed è molto ariosa e luminosa. Si compone di tre camere da letto, due bagni, un'ampia zona living con angolo cottura. La cucina è dotata di lavastoviglie, frigo, lavello, piano cottura e forno, attrezzata con quanto necessario per poter cucinare. Lenzuola, asciugamani, saponi forniti. Asse e ferro da stiro ugualmente a disposizione. Gli ambienti comuni sono accoglienti, spaziosi e confortevoli. La cucina è completa di tutto, le camere da letto (una con letto a castello ) sono comode e accoglienti. Il terrazzino con vista sui tetti è attrezzato con sedie, tavoli e tutto il necessario per rilassarsi, cenare all'aperto e gestire l'attrezzatura per il mare e gli sport all'aria aperta. I bambini troveranno tutto ciò di cui hanno bisogno (compresi molti libri, giocattoli, ampi spazi gioco).
